Pay Permitting Fees
Permit fees are assessed in accordance with the City of Springtown’s adopted fee schedule, as authorized by the City Council. Fees vary depending on the type, size, scope, and complexity of the project and may be calculated using different metrics based on the work being performed.
Depending on the project, permit fees may be based on factors such as project valuation, square footage, type of construction, number of inspections required, utility connections, plan review requirements, trade permits, or other applicable criteria established in the City’s fee schedule.
Because each project is different, applicants are encouraged to contact City staff if they are unsure what fees may apply or would like an estimate before submitting an application. Staff can help explain how fees are calculated, identify which fees may be required, and provide guidance on the payment process.
Permit fees must be paid before a permit is issued unless otherwise authorized by the City. Payment of fees does not constitute permit approval, and work requiring a permit should not begin until the permit has been reviewed, approved, and officially issued by the City.
For questions regarding permit fees, payment options, or project-specific fee estimates, please contact City Hall.
Prior to making an online payment, you will need to submit the appropriate application and obtain a permit number. At that time you will be provided with the correct fee amount.
