Voter Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older on the date of the election
Must be a citizen of the United States
Must not have been determined mentally incompetent by a final judgment of a court
Not have been finally convicted of a felony or, if so convicted, must have:
- Fully discharged his sentence, including any term of incarceration, parole, or supervision, or completed a period of probation ordered by any court been pardoned or otherwise released from the resulting disability to vote
Must be a resident of the city on the day of the election
Must be a registered voter on the day of the election
