Request For Proposals (RFP) – Downtown Mural Project

The City of Springtown is investing in public art as part of a long-term downtown enhancement initiative aimed at celebrating local identity, fostering placemaking, and supporting economic development through cultural tourism. This mural will serve as a signature visual landmark and community photo opportunity in downtown Springtown.
Interested artists are invited to submit proposals outlining their concept, experience, and qualifications for the project. Complete details, requirements, and submission guidelines are available on the City’s website.
Proposal Deadline: All proposals must be received by 4:00 PM on April 16, 2026.
